Top of the morning to ye, lads and lassies!

Spring is here! There are plenty of new bugs and fish to catch, so get out there! Be sure to plant some flowers and trees, and get that spring cleaning done with.

Events[]

  • Before Hinamatsuri (March 1 to March 3) Japan - To prepare for the upcoming event, Hina Matsuri, the Nooklings' shop will sell Hinaningyou and the Blossom Lantern. You can also find the Emperor's Cap and Empress's Tiara Wig at the Able Sisters.
  • Weeding Day (March 2) South Korea - Lief's will be closed today! If you pulled all the weeds in your town on the previous day, Lief will award you with a special topiary in your Public Works Projects at the event plaza . If you pull 30+ weeds in your town or another town, you will be awarded with an exclusive item from Lief.
  • Hinamatsuri (March 3) Japan - Doll Day is a day where you set up dolls representing the Emperor, Empress, attendants, and musicians in traditional court dress of the Heian period on a stand covered in a red carpet! In Animal Crossing, it's your only chance to pick up a Rice Cake from Isabelle, between 6am and midnight.
  • Shamrock Day (March 17) United States Europe - Happy Saint Patrick's Day! Dress up in green or get pinched! Be sure to head to the plaza to pick up a Shamrock Hat.
  • Father's Day (March 19) Europe (Spanish, Italian) - Celebrate that enigmatic father of yours. Expect to receive a letter with a Red Carnation attached.
  • Fishing Tourney (Third Saturday) - This event occurs on the third Saturday of the month, and runs from 9am to 6pm. This month's special is Crucian CarpBlack Blass, or Sea Bass. This is the only way to obtain the Fish series.
  • Mother's Day (Fourth Sunday in Lent) Europe (English) - Happy Mothering Day, UK! Expect to get a Pink Carnation from your Mom today.
  • Bunny Day (First Sunday after the Full Moon following the March Equinox) - Happy Easter! Zipper T. Bunny will show up in your town and hide eggs in trees, underwater, underground, and... In the sky?! This event is the only way to obtain the Egg Series.
