Lloid collecting donations for a bridge project.
Lloid is the helpful town gyroid. He collects donations for public works projects.

When you begin your first (or any) public works project, Isabelle will rope off the area where the completed project will go. Lloid will be stationed at this area to collect funds for the project. He appears on the town map as a gyroid icon. For the bridges he stands on a suspended wooden platform.
For the Dream Suite and Museum Shop, Lloid will collect donations at the Train Station.
