May is here! Take a nice relaxing stroll, plant some flowers, or go for a swim. The weather is beautiful!

Events

  • Before Children's Day (May 1 to May 5) Japan - Get ready for Children's Day! Head on over to the Nooklings' Shop and grab a Carp Banner.
  • Gift from Mom (Between May 1 and May 23) - To prepare for summer, your dear mother will send you a Soft Cream Lamp. How sweet!
  • Mother's Day (First Sunday) Europe (Spanish) - Have you called your mother? Well, she's thinking about you! You'll have a Pink Carnation waiting for you in your mailbox when you wake up.
  • Children's Day (May 5) Japan - Time to put up your Carp Banner! Today is the day to celebrate all the young boys out there and the mothers who raised them.
  • Parents' Day (May 8) South Korea - A day to celebrate the wonderful folk who raised you. Check your mailbox to receive a Pink Carnation from Mom. Wait, shouldn't it be the other way around?!
  • Mother's Day (Second Sunday) Japan United States Europe (German, Italian) - Have you called your mother? Well, she's thinking about you! You'll have a Pink Carnation waiting for you in your mailbox when you wake up. I think I'm having déjà vu!
  • Father's Day (the Thursday forty days after Easter) Europe (German) - Dads are great, even if their jokes aren't that great. I mean, look, he sent you a Red Carnation! Thanks, dad.
  • Teachers' Day (May 15) South Korea - Take the time to visit your teacher and thank them for all the hard work they put in to help you get to where you are today. Visit Isabelle at the Town Hall between 6am and midnight to receive a Red Carnation.
  • Fishing Tourney (Third Saturday) - This event occurs on the second Saturday of the month, and runs from 9am to 6pm. This is the only way to obtain the Fish series.
